Its been up and running for about 4 months now.

Sorry about the cellphone pics.

AGA 10 gallon, Cascade 500, Milwaukee Regulator, 5lb Co2, 40 Watt Satellite 6,5k/10K, Stealth 200 Watt Heater, Co2 line ran in the filter intake(working great for near 5 months). The whole Pfertz line. 17 Pounds of Flourite.

16RCS - 3 Ottos - 9(Mature)20+(Babies Sunset Platies - 2 Cory Cats - 30+ River Snails - 3" Raphael Catfish

Java moss, Java Fern, Wisteria, Fox tale, Purple Waffle(now removed), and 2 that I can't think of at the moment.

My 10 is like a w**** house though, anything in it breeds like crazy.

^^ X2 When my 10 gal was up and running I had it planted similar to this one and it always amazed me how big it seemed. Fauna selection has a lot to do with it too. Lots of small nano fish swimming around medium/large leaved plants gives the illusion of a larger setup.

BTW, very nice setup. My mollies bred like crazy in my 10 gal also.

how do you find the regulator works? im considering it for when i go pressurized co2. kind of a tie between a regular system and the paintball setup. all depends on the cost and availability to me i suppose.

oh and pfertz line too, i clicked on the banner one day when i was board and read up on them. seems pretty good just curious on others experiences.

Well the solenoid and reg work great but the needle valve with the bubble counter on it is a piece. The needle valve is very inconsistent and hard to finely adjust, so other than that its great. As far as cost goes, its $13 to get a 10# Co2 tank filled here at a local welder supply shop. Where it costs $3 to get a 20oz Co2 tank filled at the local paintball shop.

The pfertz line is awesome. Its straight forward and easy. I mostly just got them to have to bottles so that I could by dry ferts once they were empty and just mix my own with distilled water for easy use.

ahh, i read on the pfertz site that 2L refill bottles were on thier way. i may be going this route. im making a very slow transition to high tech on my 20g and the upgrade there is probably gonna be last.
