Thinking about going Nano...

Here is my question. How many shrimp can a 2.5g sustain? I'm moving soon and down sized to a 20H and have also started playing with the 2.5 tank as well. I have several species of shrimp arriving and may want to split them into their own tanks; but I would be limited to 2.5g tanks. I'm really looking at the downsizing again to the 2.5g tanks as they are fun to work with. I think I have enough plants to fill them all and then some.

I like to keep a max of 10 shrimp per gallon. It seems like once you start going over that, you start having more problems with water quality and the tank is harder to maintain.
