Lighting Question?

Hi there, I posted in the general forum a while back about turning my 29 gallon into a planted tank, well unfortunately I just can seem to come up with the cash for it yet. But I got a 10 gallon all glass setup and I was wondering if 15 watts is enough for a low light tank? I can't seem to find any larger bulbs locally for a 10 gallon hood. Can anyone suggest a website where I might find one?
Thanks
Kevin

Does this have screw in bulbs or standard florescent light bulbs.

you can retrofit the current hood with new sockets and add 2-14w screw in cfl bulbs

For a low light tank, your current bulb should work fine.

If you want to increase the light level for little $$, either improve the reflector or buy a multi-bulb electronic ballast and overdrive the bulb. Or both.

Well I am not able to make any upgrades ATM. And I really want a low light tank, are there any sword plants that live with that amount of light? I like the Tropica Sword (I think that is what it is) and are there any plants with red color that I could use.
I do plan on using Eco for substrate and eventually up the wattag/reflectors etc. but I'm strapped for cash right now.

Ah yes, I have read this list. But I was wondering if any of these plants do better with the lower wattage that I have? Will they all be fine with 15 watts(1.5 watts per gallon-ish)
