Thumbs down Plants/Fish for Finnex 8 gallon?

What aquatic plants/fish/invertebrates would you recommend placing together in a Finnex 8 gallon aquarium?

These fish should be very small, but not as small as microrasboras.

I doubt there are many plant restrictions for an 8 gallon. The knock on small tanks is that the water parameters are less forgiving, but as long as you can keep the water in good shape, put whatever you want in there.

Haha, I thought you answered your own question... and why the thumbs down?

My suggestion would be Endlers... they would be happy in a small tank like that. They also get along with shrimp (although they might eat some baby Cherries).

As for plants, this comes really down to what you have planned in terms of light and nutrient dosing.

Maybe do a search for "Finnex" and see what others use?

won't endlers reproduce a lot? I dont have enough room for babies in other tanks. I have a non-planted Eclipse 12 with 7 neons, 3 spotted cories, 1 male cherry barb, 2 female cherry barbs, and a mystery snail. So no extra room for babies.

A lot is relative. Not like Cherry shrimp for example. And extremely simple to fish out and have sautéed or blackened.

It's just something that comes to my mind when I think small tanks and fish. Good match, but not saying there are no other/better options out there.
