Office nano equipment

Hey guys,
I would like to set up a small planted tank for my office.. Something between 3-6 gallons. I am in a smaller city, and do not have many fish specialty stores to buy equipment for a tank. I was wondering if there was a tank I can buy from Petcetera, Walmart, Petland, etc that will be sufficient for a small planted setup. My main concern is the stock lighting and filtration. I would like to keep one dwarf puffer in the tank, which would require a lot of hiding places. Any ideas?

Lol i was about to post something like this.
Back to topic, Petcetera carries a number of good small tanks, and i do believe walmart as well.
Petlands i have heard they have fairly good stock, etc (none here in etown)
If you wanted to go standard size, you could perhaps get the hood/tank kit from walmart, and put in 2 13-15 watt screw in bulbs (for low-med light perhaps)
and for filtration? well a number of choices exist, but i would go with an Aquaclear 20, as dwarf puffers aren't all that clean.
Any types of plants in particular?

Sorry I dont know the names of the plants, but something that can grow as grass on the bottom of the tank to fill it out, and something that can grow on the back wall, hair grass I think its called.
