Quick Question

I was wondering if I can put a beta in my fluval spec v with plants. Is the water flow going to be to strong for him, or will he be fine.

yeah that wouldnt be a problem, you can also put a heater behind the wall. the pump
that comes with spec has an option to lower the outflow. if you still feel its too much
you can put a sponge on out flow nozzle. i have my betta in 10 gal with ac 20 hob, and
it doesnt bother him. sometimes he plays in the flow for a bit, and doest cause any
problem with him swimming all over the tank, havent seen him stay restricted to any
part of the tank

Thanks for the idea of putting sponge into the output, it acts as a slower current and another mechanical filtration. Also I am going to put my heater in pump box. Thanks for the idea
