5g: First Iteration

Here is my 5g. First attempt at an aquarium.

Plants: Javafern, anubias, dwarf sag, cryptocryne, and unknown plant

Fish: blue ram, red eye sword

also, there is a nerite snail on the bottom right

I'm all for pushing the envelope, but the species you've stocked the tank with aren't a wise decision IMO... These fish will grow too large for a 5 gallon. I don't know swords that well, but I know Blue rams require around 20 gallons min. Though... I've seen dwarf rams in well planned out 10 gallons aquariums, and do well...but that's pushing it.

Though the plants you picked seem to be a good choice for the lighting. Keep at it.

Yeah it seems the 5g isa bit restrive for the fishes. Working on 29g setup that should be more than sufficient.

A betta would be fantastic in there or even some shrimp if you want to go that route! Schooling fish, you could do something in the rasbora family maybe?

I do love the layout. I want a spec V!
