Post 5 Gallon Tank??

I'm going shopping for a 5 Gallon Tank today, But I don't know where it will fit. Here are 2 places that I can put the fish tank on. If you have any suggestions on anywhere else to go and which one a 5 Gallon Tank would fit on. (It has to be pretty high, I have a cat who has no intrest in fish but I'm not taking my chances with my fish.)
Here's the first place I want to put my 5 Gallon Tank:

It's just above a shelf of spices. There is a plug next to it.

Here's the next one:

That's where my 1.5 Gallon tank is. It has a plug next to it and has a shelf of fish stuff above it. LOL.

Which one is better for a 5 Gallon Tank? Please answer soon! Thanks!

I vote for your first choice. For your second choice, I don't think that toaster oven will be able to support the 40+ lbs weight of a 5 gallon.

Plus I don't think you want a fishtank to heat up from being on top of a toaster oven anyways.

Ok, Thanks.
I just came back from shopping and I had found this lovely 5 Gallon Aquarium. It was a good price too, But I have to save up a little money first. I'm a little short on cash. I wish I could show you a picture of it, But I didn't have my camera at the time. But it has a purple lid, It has a light built into the lid and it comes with an air filter. Would this be a good tank?
