So I was at a big-box retailer, and saw in the (limited) aquarium supply section aquarium oxygen tablets. It was a box of six, with the instructions saying each tablet lasting 1 month and is meant for tanks 1/4 to 1 gallon.
Anybody know if this works? The package costs $8.99 here. I'm tempted to try it... but it sounds too good to be true.
I've recently gotten into experimenting with planted vases, and these tabs sound like they could solve the stagnant water problem and allow me to stock a vase with snails/shrimp.
Any thoughts? Experiences with these tabs?
PS. This is my first post. I've been a reader of this forum for a few months now. This site helped me to flawlessly setup my 1 gallon Nano.
