Aquarium Vase

Here's a video of my aquarium vase.

Each has a TOM internal filter with used eheim sintured glass ball media.

It's a temporary measure but my nano fishes and shrimp seem to feel really at home in them.

Aquarium Vase

While the glass is neat, the scape is very zen, the aquariums are far too small for any fish what so ever.

I totally agree, I can't see how any fish would be happy in a small tank like that.

A stable enviornment is difficult in small vessel's which are more easily influenced by temperature shift's ,and metabolic input (ie) fish waste, fish food.
When water parameter's in smaller vessel's goes south,,,it happen's right now,and in a hurry up.

Do you plan on putting the fish in your 60F or 60P?

60F.

I think you saw a glimpse of my 60P at the end of the video? I am going to stock it with mainly Amazon biotope based fishes.

Since my current fishes are all south east Asian, they won't be going into the 60P but have to slum it in the vases for a few months.

And, I plan to build a marshy self sustaining type tank inspired by Tom's Bucket o mud in the 60F which the critters in the vases will eventually move in to.
