Has anyone here used one of the Finnex M-Tanks for a planted nano? I had a small reef set up in this but took it down when I moved this week and moved all my corals to my prop tank. It looks like it should make a great planted tanks. It has 2 x 36 watt PC's. I'm going to change the actinic to a 6700K bulb and remove the skimmer. This will give me room to put a heater and a Hagen ladder in that area where it can't be seen in the aquarium.

Although a 20 gallon is considered a nano in the reef world, here a 20 gallon is "full sized"

That would make a nice planted tank, with all the equipment hidden. I like that stand too, not sure if you are going to use it.

I've got a Finnex 4 gallon, that I got on Ebay, it's glass but is almost a mini/nano version of that tank.

Thanks for the replys everyone. I really spend too much time working on reef tanks, so to me anything under 30 gallons is a nano.

I set the tank up this afternoon and I'm working on a plant order now. I'll post some pictures in the correct forum when I'm finished.
