7 watts for 1 gallon?

Will 7 watts be good enough for growing glosso in a 1 gallon tank? My previous 10 gallon setup worked fine with 3wpg (incandesent setup with 2 15watt bulbs. Bulbs about 1 year old, glosso in tank is growing fine) with co2.

I also had a 1.5 gallon hex tank with 15watts; because i ended up with green water, I concluded that 15 watts is more then i needed. From previous experience, it seems that 7watts is perfect for a one gallon tank.

God Bless,
A potato.

I think it depends on how good your reflector is. I was able to grow Hemianthus macrenthemoides with a 7 watt azoo light. The reflector wasn't good and it was positioned above the water.
