5.5 minibow lighting, etc.

I know the wpg rule isn't a very good guideline with small tanks. And here's my problem. My tank is struggling with algae and I don't know if the lights are too high for plant growth leaving room for algae of if its a fertilization/CO2 problem, or if its not enough light intensity.

5.5 gallon tank, two screw in compact 10W bulbs (20W)

Hairgrass is struggling, cambomba is struggling, and some stem plant (forget the name right now) is doing decent.

I'm dosing fluorish, and am thinking about starting to dose KNO3 because I don't register any nitrates.

Tank has two dwarf puffers

don't dose flourish without macros. Start with NO3 and PO4 and give it a week or two.
