Picotope Pix

Here's some pix of my "picotope"--a 1 gal cube using the water, substrate, plants, and fauna found off my beach in western Michigan: The " Blinky Cube" [with the lake in the background]:

Unless I missed this, where did you find these cute cubes? Turtlehead, I remember said something like 8 bux...? I can't wait to get me one of those...they are so cute...You and figgy and blinky have started something very precious...Good luck! Do tell me if there's an online retailer or somewhere I can find these...I tried the local stores, they had everything else but these.

Yep, I am doing some basic editing (color correction, brightness, shadows and things like that) in some pictures with picasa because I take crappy photos, and I want them to look more like the real thing. With my Kyocera camera I could never take pictures as good looking as the tank really was

Figgy-Theres nothing like a blank slate to get your imagination racing! Goodl luck with the tank.

Mortadelo-You have some of the most beautiful tanks Ive ever seen! I love your 2 litter with the branches extending out of the water. I also liked one of your pics so much that Im using it as my wallpaper-

Keep up the good work!
