how much will the fluval flora substrate lower the ph because my ph right now is at 7 and I would like to keep endler livebearers in it.

It might buffer to 6.5, though not permanently.

Endlers will be fine in most common aquarium pH - from 5.5 - 8+.

It doesn't always buffer to half a degree but it likely will.

Keep in mind that if your tap water (if that's what you're using) is super-soft, you may need to add GH boosters or a remineralizing agent to keep things hard enough.

the water here is always around 7 ph. if it does buffer down .5, then I think i still can be able to keep them

Like I said above and others have said in your other threads about this issue, you'll be fine regardless of pH.

Endlers are like roaches and thrive in nearly every freshwater aquarium condition. They do thrive most in harder (rather than softer) water, though. But I wouldn't worry about it at all.
