Lighting...

Is 1 13 watt Compact Fluorescent bulb enough for a 1g tank? Can I keep high light loving plants (mostly foregroup types) or can I only have medium light loving plants? If I add another 13 watter, is that overkill?

The tank I found is 8" deep by 8" long by 6" wide.

The plants I am considering are glosso (or other very low running plants) and a grassy type like Lilaeopsis brasiliensis. Those would be the most light demanding I think. Will also add some moss on driftwood, but those are not demanding at all when it comes to lighting. Would also like to add one plant that stands out... maybe colorwise or shape, such as Nymphaea daubenyana.
