Time for some trimming ?

I'm debating if I should trim my Elocharis acicularis (dwarf hairgrass). What do you guys think ? Should I or should I not ? I'm going on vacation soon for 3 weeks and I'm hoping my Light timer and co2 will do its work and make it grow back correctly without any ferts.

Personally I like the "overgrown" look it gives the rocks and DW. I vote keep it. Great tank btw!
