28 Gal Nano with 175W MH

set it up like a month ago ... maxed out the footprint with various plants ... dosing like crazy.

everything grows fairly quickly, waiting for plants to fill in...

the first pic is pretty much a full tank shot haha...it's a 28 gal nano so it isn't that wide haha

I love you guys who think 28g is nano. That seems simply huge for my experience.

haha...it isnt exactly a 5 gal but I'm just calling it by name haha ... i'm a reef guy too and a 28 gal is a nano for a reef =)

Ill second that. Even my 10gal seemed huge to me I'm more of a 2-5gal kind of guy.

10 gallons is tiny for me. I'm more of a 50-75 gallons kind of guy

A larger footprint does allow for more aquascaping and room for more variety of plants.

Smaller tanks are strictly holding tanks and fish only tanks for me.

Any dimensions on the tank at least? You must be suspending the MH a good distance up for 175W too.

Standard 28 gal JBJ nano cube. MH rest on the top rim of the tank. Like an inch from water.
