5 gallon light question

Hi guys,

I am purchasing a new light fixture for my 5 gallon tank. The tanks height is about 9 in. The two options are:

1.

http://www.aquacave.com/Innovative-M...3450C1069.aspx

2.

http://www.aquacave.com/Current-USA-...2296C1061.aspx

I want to buy a light that allows me to grow any kind of plant. I want to be able to grow a very low carpet. Co2 will be injected and dosed EI.

Thanks

They both look nice but I would ask the lighting section guys about these...

all things equal I'd take LED over T5 any day, replacing bulbs every year adds up not to mention the electricity savings.

Only question is whether or not that led light is as powerfull.

i personally think that the t5s will give you more flexibility. that said, post this in the lighting section and you'll probably get more professional answers.
