According to the lfs where I bought the mosses. They told me that is "South African" moss. The moss on the gravel are java moss.

Hey whats up? Thats a cool tank, I love the wood you used. Did you have to train the java moss at all to get it to "creep" along the gravel like that? Seems to me when I grow it underwater, it tends to grow up and out. Did you weight it to the gravel to keep it from floating away? If you did, what did you use? Thanks for any tips, its a nice concept. Take care.

sorry for the late reply.

Here is the update of the tank. You can see the java moss fully covered the gravel. I tried to get the moss tight on a piece of mesh. Then used the gravel cover 4 sides of the mesh to prevent the mesh float. Once the moss grown, it will cover like mine.
