Would co2 help these plants?

I have a fluval edge with mr11 led lights to replace the halogens. I have anubias, amazon sword, java moss and wisteria. They are planted in flourite substrate and I have been adding Flourish liquid fertilizer. Would it really help the plants if I set up a DIY co2 system? Should I just pick up a bottle of excel? I want them to be really healthy and grow fast.

I'm honestly a little disappointed with the results I have been getting. The amazon sword sprouted little baby leaves on the bottom, but I cut the big ones off because they were brown and ugly. The java moss has a lot of brown spots and is attracting tons of hair algae, but does seem to very slowly be growing. The anubias looks exactly the same as when I got it, but gets algae covered.

The wisteria is unusual. It was very unhealthy when I bought it and most of it was dead (including almost all of its roots). I planted whatever green parts were left and it looks good. But I don't know if it will survive.
