Rili Fluval EBI Shrimp

EBI shrimp tank
2- 13w fluval stock lights = 26 watt per 8hrs per day
1- HOB 110 filter
1- 50W Hydor heater set @ 74
2- bags of fluval substrate = 8.8 lbs. Do Not Wash- open and dump.

Shrimp
10 adult red rilis
30 sub adult
100 shrimplets

Plant
X-moss
frogbit
Wendii ?
and ? ?
guppies grass and anubia will be out after plants are filled

What should i dose this tank with and not killing shrimp, not changing water weekly? Currently only top off or 20% biweekly with RO water. Feed twice daily with fluval shrimp food.

Here are some more pictures as requested.
The lonesome sss CRS are the only one left out of 5
The stand are custom made using solid wood then laminated weighting in @ 65lbs. and 36" tall.

Also, what can i dose this tank and not killing shrimps. The plant are growning faster than i would like but will see if i'll need to take out one of the light later on down the road.

25% water change with a ratio of 1Tap:4DI water twice a month? The tank is 8 gal but with the back ground and 2" of FSS i figure it now hold around 5 gal. So every two week i would change 1.25 gal and fill it with 1 gal DI water and .25 gal of tap. Flourish Excel ?

that sounds like an ok WC regimen. what kind of TDS are you getting when combining the tap:RO ratio as you described?

You already have plant substrate right? you can probably try a tiny dose of excel once a week or something to make sure no shrimp are hurt.
