Zero. You need at least 6 for them to feel comfortable in a school, and that many would be too much for your tank. Also, they're going to have nowhere to swim and be extremely unhappy.

Try some Amano shrimp and some Red Cherry Shrimp and a Nerite snail.

Watch out for the snails climbing out. I found my nerite all dried up in the cabinet.
