lighting opinion for 30C

Hi, I have a 30c with pressurized CO2 and Aquasoil. I had a strip light from a 10 gallon tank kit on it with a F15T8 tube 6700k bulb with DIY foil tape reflector before I added CO2. Im considering 'upgrading' to one of those 27W clip on PC lights. Any thoughts on whether that would be an upgrade or if I should just stick with the strip I have. No real high light plants in the tank, just looking to have good growth with what I have and afraid the T8 isnt gonna cut it.

The clip on lights would work fine.
