Algae control for 5 gal?

I have a 5 gal tank planted with crypts and it houses my betta. I have some algae growth on the glass. What would be good to take care of it? Ottos, snails?

Depending on the type of algae you can try Clithon corona Horned Nerite snails which are not only very interesting looking, but stay small, and can't multiply in freshwater. Other nerites like zebras or tracked may get a bit too large to scale well with the tank. Nerites really prefer hard surfaces though IME, so if you need something to clean algae from plants common "pest" snails like Ramshorn or Bladder/pond snails are a better bet.
