10g filtration/flow, do I need more?

So I've got a standard 10g with an aquaclear 20. I've recently noticed that my tank seems to be fairly stagnant looking. My val in the corner with the filter has a light sway, but nothing noticeable from more than four-five feet away. The sword in the opposite corner doesn't move at all, nor do the extremely thin stem plants by the sword. Would you guys recommend getting another HOB filter for the other side? Do I need more water movement? My wallet doesn't want me to go to a canister set up, so I'd like to stay away from that for now. My tank isn't really heavily planted, but it will be soon, so I'm worried that my tank will end up being too stagnant. What are you other 10g'ers doing?

I would suggest a small power head rather than another filter. Sounds like you just need some water movement.
