1 bps on 2.5g with dropchecker lime green

So as the title says I have a 2.5g with 1bps and my drop checker is lime green (which makes it harder to see). I currently have no fish since I am still cycling this tank. I'm just thinking 1bps is a lot but my drop checker seems to differ. I have a HOB filter which causes some water disturbance. Do you guys think it might be keeping the Co2 levels at an ok amount?
