Java mosses turning yellow?

I have java mosses in my tank and I like to stuff it all around it so my shrimps can hide in. But I realize some parts will turn light brown, I think it happens to those beneath, does it mean that it's dying and not getting enough light? Do I need to remove it?
Thanks for any advise.

I think its natural, it happens to my moss as well. I just leave it out of laziness.
