lower your diffuser all the way to the very bottom. bury the base if you have to. the lower it is the longer the CO2 travels through the water and diffuses. your rate of diffusion will increase. otherwise it just hits the surface too soon IMO.

nice tank though! I love the look of fresh awesome looking tanks
