Question starting 10g moss/ferns/anubias tank

Hello guys! Im new here (but not new with aquariums, its my hobby since i was 10). I had tanks from 1g to 66g. 2 years ago i moved from Russia to Dominican Republic and finally bought small tank. I want to make little aquascape in it using different types of mosses and ferns, hairgrass or HC cuba and few anubiases. I will use fertilizers Seachem and DIY CO2, tank is equipped with canister filter and 2 blue/white lamps 26W 6500K.

Now comes the question - can i plant my new tank with plants i want at once or i have to start it up with some fast growers first? Is there a way to skip planting weedery and not have an algae explosion? I ask this because in the village i live we have absolutely no shops for aquarium hobbyists and i have to order everything online from USA and it comes out expensive...

Can you also recommend a seller from who i can buy healthy plants (the ones i mentioned above)?

Thanks! Dont beat me hard if i asked something that has been asked and answered 1000 times already

sorry if you find this advice irrelevant, but if you have bodies of fresh water near your village, take a look at what is growing in them, maybe you can find some interesting plant that you can use in your tank.

And yes fast growers are generally a good idea, floating plants (again check your local river/lake) can be good in making a low light environment for the ferns, moss, and anubias below and will help control algae because they usually grow very fast.
