Dosing Pump Lines?

Currently have a heavily planted 9 gallon tank and interested in installing an auto dosing system using EI method (was looking at a Jebao 4-channel master unit with an additional slave unit for a total of 8 dosing lines. As I already have a myriad of lines and cables coming in to the tank (uv/filter/chiller/O2/Co2/lights etc), an additional 8 lines running into the tank will make things very cluttered. Is there a way to set this up where the 8 dosing lines converge into one single line before going into the tank? Which would be the best way to go about setting this thing up? Would appreciate any thoughts/opinions/suggestions anyone has on this matter.

-Thanks in advance!

I have never seen a set up like that. Donít even know how you could make a manifold unless you made a 3D printed.
Many times chemicals are not either dosed in a large amount. Or mad contaminate each other.
I use stainless steel tubing that I bend to give the lines a clean look.
I have 24 dosing heads in my system. I use GHL dosers. As they use stepper motors which give you a more accurate dose for smaller elements.
