3 gallon bowl heater recommendations?

I have a 3 gallon bowl that I'd like to add a small heater to, just to raise it a few degrees for a few RCS. Any recommendations on something that would fit well? I was thinking about one of those preset heaters?

I'm sure there are several small heaters that will do that, but I doubt you even need a heater for RCS.

If you are looking for a shrimp only tank, no heater required (they will live longer at lower temperatures).

Is that CO2 or just a regular air line?

I have a small sponge filter in there to help with water movement. Very simple tank I do a 80% water change every week.
