Planted bowls

Hello Everyone! I'm fairly new to this forum. I recently started trying my hand at planted bowls/cylinders. I would like to know what some of your favorite low tech plants are?! Pics would be great too! Thanks!

I’ve kept a few ludwigia species in low tech bowls. They won’t get as red with lower light, and they wind grow super fast, but in my experience they will be green and lush looking, and typically stay a good size for a bowl.
