Low pH without start using CO2 system

Hi everyone. I just started a 5.5 gallon cube about 2-3 weeks ago. I tested my tap water pH which is around 7.4. But I tested my tank pH with around 6.5. I bought a diy CO2 kit online and will be delivered tomorrow. Is it safe to use diy CO2 with this value or do I need to do any adjustment?(changing more water?)

Here is some data for my nano tested today.
pH: 6.5
KH: 25ppm
GH: 75ppm
Ammonia: 0ppm
Nitrite: 0ppm
Nitrate: 5∼10ppm
Phosphate: 0∼0.25ppm

I have four amano shrimps, and three scarlet badis. Looking to add a few cherry shrimps in the future.

Edit: forgot to mention that I have dwarf hairgrass mini as carpet, anubias nana petite as midground, and weeping moss on the driftwood (medium planted). From the CO2 calculator on the internet it estimated that I have 10.5ppm of CO2 (I will get a drop checker for more accurate), my goal is to reach about 30ppm without crazy low pH, any suggestion? Thanks!!

Edit: Substrate is Fluval Stratum and I have one dragon stone and one driftwood. I attached an image link below.
