How much co2

I have a 5gallon nano and I have 3 platys 2 shrimp and 2 snails no much bubbles should I have (e.g 1 bubble every 2 seconds) I just don't want to harm my fish and also I have some dwarf hair grass and some java moss

There's no magic number since every tank is different based on plant mass, growth, method of diffusion, etc. You need to start off slow and watch your fish and/or have a way to measure the co2. Using a drop checker or a KH/PH table. I would say 1 bubble every 3 seconds or so would be a good starting point.
