5g Nano Marineland Portrait Help

Hey all, I have been reading your forums and gaining knowledge over the past few weeks. I currently have a 5g Marineland Portrait tank. I have a couple kompakt amazon swords, kompakt hygrophila, and started to carpet monte carlo. There is a pedestal rock in the middle and the monte carlo is going around it, with a bonsai driftwood on top of the rock. The swords and hygrophila is along the back wall. I have been doing the dry start method, every thing is going good besides some minor green on the piece of driftwood. I plan on flooding soon as I have all the parts of a Co2 system in place (5lb co2 canister, regulator, etc.).

I was wondering a couple things, how much co2 should i run at first?
how often water changes? (i've heard many mixed things ranging from every day (100%) or 50%...)
I was planning on after having it dosed w/ co2 for a week adding the fishes in.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
