Fluval Flex 15g

I'm thinking of getting a Fluval Flex 15gal for Christmas this year. I would like to do aquascaping in it, and I would like to plant carpeting plants, but I'm concerned if the lighting is bright enough for something like monte carlo, dwarf baby tears, or dwarf hairgrass. I've been told the light is good enough, but I watched a video where someone said it wouldn't be good enough. I would like to hear people's take on this.

It wouldn't be enough. You could get a rimless 60P tank ( not ADA ), a hob filter and a Chihiros Led for about the same price. Then you could attempt any form of aquascaping you desire If you don't have a budget then an ADA 60P, an Eheim 2215 and a Chihiros Led would be the ideal equipment for getting in to aquascaping. They will cost around double the price of the Fluval Flex, and the first option would cost around 1.1-1.2 of the price of the Fluval Flex.
