Picking a brand of nano tank?
Hey guys, I'm looking at buying more (eventually 3) nano tanks for aquascaping. All the tanks will be betta tanks and will likely be more lowtech tanks than high tech tanks. I'm having issues finding aquariums though that fit what I want. I want something below 10 gallons, preferably between 5-8 gallons, nothing lower than 5. Most aquariums I've been finding that are 5 gallons only come in prepared sets, and I really don't want to buy a set since I know I'm going to gut it and provide my own lights, heater, and filter etc. I also don't want a cube aquarium, I like rectangle aquariums, and a lot of the ones I've been finding are cubes. I'm open to glass or acrylic, rimless or rimmed tanks. I just really want a good high quality 5 gallon that I can use for planting. I looked a bit at the Mr. Aqua ones but I've seen mixed reviews on those.
Anyways. Are there any good aquariums that you can think of that I might be able to buy? And maybe a website or place to buy them? Purchasing from a LFS is pretty much out since the closest one is 2 hours away and I can't really visit. Price is negotiable but preferably below 50 dollars, though I could potentially go above that if It seems like a REALLY nice tank. I know the term "high quality" is very subjective but any advice you guys could give me would be great!
