Fluval with shrimp...help!

Hi I'm new to planted aquariums and shrimp as well! I'm wondering if my set up is ok and how can I maintain it? Right now I have a 2.6 gallon with 1 wysteria some Monte Carlo, marimo and 2 unidentified plants. I also have 2 crystal red shrimp and 1 mystery snail. For lighting I use the up aqua y-18 pro led for 8 hours a day. I'm using the filtration that's built in without the carbon. I dose once daily with .5ml of ADA green brighty and .5ml flourish excel. Inverts are active but plants have holes and are going brown. Any feedback would be great. Thanks!

What's your substrate? What are your ammonia, nitrite, nitrate readings, and is the tank cycled? What are your KH and GH? How long has the tank been set up?

I am using florinvolcanit Rio escuro xf. Ammonia levels were at 0 along with nitrite. Nitrates relatively low...the tube was yellow. And I don't know about GH, KH. The tank ran with plants dosing and water changes for 1 month before adding fish
