Saylor's 2.5g

This is my first real planted tank, but I've been keeping bettas since Aug 2009.
I'm not too sure on the scape of it, or the placements of the plants but it's what I came up with. I'm open to criticism and suggestions.

A couple of questions:
1) What should I do for ferts? I really have no idea about what to do. I know a lot of people here use Excel though.
2) Would these plants benefit from a DIY CO2 setup?

P.S. Sorry the tank pictures are bad.

Equipment

None, but I'm considering adding a DIY bottle.

Water Wisteria

Anubias Nana

Fauna

Pull the rhizomes of the java fern and anubias out of the substrate or they will slowly rot tying them to the wood would be the best way to go IMO
