Welcome to TPT! Your tank looks great! What lighting are you using?

I read an excellent overview of aquarium lighting types and it rated the screw in compact fluorescents as maybe "the best" lighting you could use for a small tank (using a higher Kelvin bulb than a 4000K however). The article is here...

http://www.americanaquariumproducts...._Lighting.html

It's lengthy and full of good info, but you could search the article for "SHO Power Compact Lights" and skip directly to the section that talks about your type of bulb.

Hadouken441, your tank looks great! I am myself new to the hobby and still learning the ins and outs. As you can see the members here are extremely helpful and in no time you'll be joining the pros here.

I echo mmelnick have to say, that wood looks very nice in the tank. Well done.
