Best Heater for 12 Gal Fluval Edge?

Hi,
Sorry if the answer to this is posted somewhere in the Edge thread - I didn't have the time to read through it all. I am starting up a new 12 gallon Edge and I was wondering what the best heating option would be.

Things you should know:
- I keep tetras, otos, & amano shrimps
- I'm on a budget
- I'm using the stock lighting/filtration (for now)
- I live in Canada, so need to be able to order it here

Thanks in advance for any suggestions! <3

I have a 25 watt Fluval heater. It is rated for 6.6g but my apartment is pretty warm.

If you can order from Amazon there's a number of heaters available.

I've always liked the Ebo/Ehiem-Jagers and the Hagen/Aquaclears.

The Hagens are remarkably small in diameter.

Starting small, keeping it simple..(?)
250 gallon stock tank, "pond"
20 gallon H CBS Shrimp tank
