I've tried and tried. Any advice on taking photos of fish? Talk about constant motion!

Here's the best I've got. This is two photos of the same tetra. You can see the white puffy spot on its back. I think it also has a bit of black on it (a different fungus?), and its tail and fins don't look great.

This is the endler at rest, not in motion. Her tail hangs low instead of staying horizontal.

Bump: Sorry they are displaying sideways. When I open the files on my computer they are upright!

At this point I would euthenize.

You think there's no chance of successful fungus treatment with some longer or different series of dips/baths for the tetra?

The photo looks like Pleistophora, which is often confused with Columnaris in neon tetras. This seems especially probable given the fish hast responded to the nirtofurazone and kanamycin combination.
The condition is really contagious so you would want to seperate these fish from healthy fish or euthanize. I am not saying that is definitively what it is, but a high probability.
