Need help with endler!!!

Yesterday I bought a honey gourami and got an accidental endler in the bag. I put them in a planted 20g tank that has 10 cardinal terras and 5 amano shrimp. I’m pretty sure the gourami is fine but the endler isn’t having such a good time since some of the tetras start chasing him whenever he comes out of hiding. He’s about 1/2-3/4 of an inch and is a Male.
What’s the best thing to do in this situation?
Buy more endlers? Get a carpeting plant?

Side note:
It’s normal for new gouramis to swim up and down the glass when first introduced right?

I wish I got free fish from my fish store....
Sounds like you have normal gourami behavior as they learn the tank.

Regarding the Endler, either they will eat him, kill him from stress, or they will learn to live with him. Time will tell, but it's pretty normal for larger fish to chase smaller fish. You can take the endler back to the place you got him, or let nature determine the outcome.
