Centerpiece Fish for 120 Gallon Community Tank

Hey all! I am trying to decide on a centerpiece fish for my 120 gallon aquarium. I was originally thinking of doing angelfish, but I'm just not that into them. Thanks for the help! Here are my current stocking plans:

Bandit Cory Catfish (12x)
German Rams (3x)
Dwarf Gourami (3x)
Guppies (15x)
Rummynose Tetras (30x)
Lemon Blue Eye Bushynose Pleco (4x)
Apple Snails (5x)

Personally I would go with your stocking plan ofcourse I like a schooling group as more of the center piece. Plus your rams are a nice colorful fish and would setup nice little territories.

Thats just me though. My 40B has the cory cats as the center piece fish lol.

The fish that you have chosen are not temperature compatible. When you look at temperature ranges for these fish- the highs and lows are seasonal changes that the fish may experience for a short period of time. The middle ranges are what the fish experience at a majority of the time. I have included links to reputable online sources for you to check.

German Rams need temperatures at or above 80 degrees.

Can put together:
German Rams (
Rummynose tetras (

Apple Snails? Not sure- never have kept snails.

Or- temperatures at or below 78 degrees:

Dwarf Gourami- (
Bandit Cory Catfish (
Lemon Blue Eyed Pleco (
