CO2 Cloudy Water

So, my CO2 generator is making my water cloudy. Originally I had an airline at the bottom of one of the containers, oxygenating the yeast, but I realized that was too effective, and my shrimp would gasp at the surface. I turned off the airline, and things returned to normal. Except that the water is still cloudy hours later. Though less than with the airline on.

I have a 50 gallon tank with 3 undergravel filters, and 4 sponge filters. I feel like the water should've cleared up my now.

My concern is that the cloudiness is yeast and sugar. I feel like the sugar would eventually corrupt the water chemistry.

So my question is, will the cloudiness clear up? Or will it stay until I rectify whatever the issue is?

Thanks, peoples!

I've only just begun making CO2 for the tank. On my first attempt, I definitely had an overflow of yeast slurry (wort). Quite a bit. It didn't seem to hurt anything. My 55 has only one, two filter, HOB. It took a few hours to clear it all up. Having that happen continuously would probably create a problem.

Since then, I've scaled back my formula and added a bubble counter/overflow bottle. No issues since.
