Cheap and easy way to raise light.

Needed to get light on my little filter riparium so I came up with this. 2 brackets mounted sideways to be able to slide the light to adjust. Need to straighten the brackets a bit but just wanted to show what I came up with.

Hang the lights. You can get steel hanging wires at the local hardware store. You'll need hangers on the ceiling. Best if you hit a stud.

I thought about hanging but I didn't need them high enough to hang and I already had these brackets so figured to use them.

Thats actually a very ingenious idea, much simpler than messing with hanging wires, adjustable and only needs a couple drywall screws (at least for a small tank)
