My temporary light.

Remembered I bought this great big LED array awhile back from a surplus place for $5.

I put in a couple rows of red and blue.

Got the plants perling a little bit!
Wish I had another one to span the whole tank!

What a cool light. Looks like it covers most of the tank. How do you keep it from getting wet? Could you post a full front view of the tank?

Looks like you could simply rig some led strips on a metal strip and lay it on what the light sits on.

Wow you have a lot of shadows there. The light is very low light. Perhaps adding some LED with wider angles would work. At Beamswork thread site for LED here.

oops I think that is the wrong picture,...I think that is just my 18" sat + after I set it up! I'll take another one and post it.

Wow!! That light looks as bright as my 2 coralife T5NO light strips over my 20g high tank. I don't think it needs improvement.
