Diy led lighting

This is for my 24g SW REEF tank for a planted i'm sure you would need red leds in there

It was quite hard for me to find a good LED light build on here so i'm going to try my best to make mine the best build thread on here with lots of pics fingerscrossed and try to explain everything from what i have learned from evil(thanks for the help evil) this light will be for my 24 aquapod 96w total with the equivalent of a 250w MH

so i started out ordering everything that i needed. here is the list :

The LED's:
15 3w cool white cree xr-e LED's
15 3w royal blue cree xr-e LED's both from http://www.etgtech.com/
2 3w UV LED's from this place http://www.kaidomain.com/ProductDeta...ProductId=1690
15+15+2=32 leds total 32x3w=96w of power

Lenses for the LED's:
i got 30 40 degree lenses from http://www.etgtech.com/ (only need 30 cuz the UV's don't need them)

Drivers to the LED's:
3 1000mA luxdrive buckpucks from here http://www.ledsupply.com/03023-d-e-1000.php to power the cool whites
3 700mA luxdrive buckpucks from the same place for the UV's and royal blues

Heat sink(what the led's are mounted too):
2 12"x 5.375" heat sinks from this place http://www.heatsinkusa.com/

Power supply(what powers the drivers)
1 24V @ 6.5A POTRANS POWER SUPPLY from this place http://www.mpja.com/prodinfo.asp?number=16854+PS

I am using neutral white cree xr-e's in my led build. After Evil66 pointed out they contain a fair amount of red in them.

Did you buy the LED's already mounted on the "star" mounts? I haven't seen them in the illustrations for sale that way, or am I missing the right page of the "catalog"?

And, how did you solder the LED to the MCPCB, the star mount, if you had to do that part of the job?
