Angry Fan puchase

Don't buy a fan from overstock. I bought from them and it ran quiet for
1 week.

What kind of fan are you looking for? I might be able to hook you up.

Just took it out of light fixture. Plugged it in and it was silent again. Thus put it back in. This time fixture not sitting on the fan. I put some insulation rubber under the feet of the fixture and taped the fan to the fixture inside.

It is made by NZXT and is an arctic cold and silent design with sleeve bearing.

Sleeve "bearings" aren't really bearings at all; they wear out quickly, and then get noisy.

If you want bearings that'll last a long time, ball or roller bearings are what you need to get. Of course, you need to pay a bit more.

Since the fan I have will not last, I was wondering if you have something that else that would last longer. I just need 1 fan aprox. 107mm that can be connected to an adapter that has output of 12v and 1.5 amps or 5.7v and 600mA. I can adjust the space under the light unit where I have the fan by using insulation foam.
